Quitting

I cannot believe. Monday morning, and I woke up with a very strange thought!
After all these years, it might just be high time to grow up, and stop smoking!

Wow, not an easy objective to achieve!
And, I want to make it easy for myself, obviously... so I do smoke, cigarillos!
However, today I felt two things for not smoking:
1, a continuous headache, which I believe is the result of lack of nicotine
2, a huge need to satisfy my lungs to smoke - this has been done with cigarillos

and no! cigarillos do not contain nicotine! they are made of pure pipe tobacco! (probably that is why you are not supposed to inhale them...). And when I finish smoking a cigarillo, my lungs are calm, but I keep having the headache....

Anyways, after 20 hours of not taking any nicotine, I realize, this could be the perfect plan! now it is anyways boring, noone is in milan, (okay, just in an hour, I am going to an aperitivo with my brasilian friends... whatever)

Anyways, this is the plan! because I can do it! because I have the will power! and because I want to! And i decide over my own life!

After this really hot and sweaty weekend, I decided to by a fan. Only 10 days are missing for the summer holidays, and I have already gone ahead for almost 3 months in this hot. I have not bought a fan. Now, I cant make it any more! I bought it! after 3 months of hot, for these 10 days, I have just bought it!
and guess what! Today it has been sooooooo windy (that has not been for 6 months, I swear) and the temperature went down around 10 C degrees!
haha, this is so typical!

In 10 days, I am off to holidays! I will NOT check my emails! I will not sit down in front of the pc! I will not do a shit! just party! :)

Madrid is the best!

Madrid is the best!

I am just back from Madrid, and I gotta say, it was amazing.

Madrid, with its amazing streets, with its trees on the streets, with its amazing air, with its culture, with its nice people, with its language...

Being able to have a coffee at 3 am, or having a sandwich at 5 am, and to move around the city with ac-d metro!

It is just amazing!

The bars, its cheap beers, its amazing discotheques, its beautiful girls, its music.

I am sooooo going back there! Latest within a year time!

I am so getting back to Spain!

I hate it. I just want to be free... but I am obliged to do certain things...

When you are working, and your days and weeks all look the same, the only things which count, are the differences!

Hungary
I spend my last weekend in Hungary. It was really quick, arrived home on Saturday 3 am, got up at 7 am, I went to a wedding with my parents at 10 am. It was a really cool wedding, I got to talk to my relatives, particularly to my cousin. The food was amazing (gosh, I was missing
Hungarian food soooo badly!) and some 'Borsodi' beer, not talking about the palinka :)
Then I was on the train at 8.27 on Sunday, so the whole trip was extremely quick. But it was really worthy! I should go home much more often!

AC Milan
After 5 years, I am finally an official holder of a season ticket for the AC Milan matches (both for the championship and for the Champions' League!!!!). Finally! It makes me feel sooooo Milanese :) It was something I wanted to do for such a long time, but I never did (either I missed the season ticket campaign, or I had other ways to get in to the stadium, or I did not stay in Milan for the whole season, or I was not sure if I would stay for the whole season... But know! finally stability pays off !)

Partying
Everybody left from Milan :(
The exchange students left :(
Anisia left :( and she might not come back to Milan ever... its been one week I have not seen her, and I just realized how much I miss her :((((((
Gabriel (my flatmate) is not back yet (god knows when he will be back, Gabri does not ...)
Most 'regular' friends are on holidays know, as the uni is ending.
Many colleagues left for Campus (4 weeks abroad with the students)
I am sooooooooo lonely...... and tired.... and fed up..

Work
Porter said do not go for the middle solution!
Either you are working decent work hours and your salary sucks, or you are working your ass off, and your salary is friggin' high. But there should not be a way in the middle... I have found it: Working quite a lot, stressing and the salary is not fabulous...

Anna
One of my colleagues, Anna, left Bocconi a week ago. She was my direct colleague only for 2 months. It is really rare that in such a short time I got to like someone that much. She was really kind to me, and helped me a lot. And what is even more, she made my working days a lot more fun that otherwise they would have been. I am really missing her :( And guess what, she is moving to Sweden, to Gothenburg, with her her husband... no comment...

What I still want
to get off work after 8 hours. To get off work not being exhausted so much that I come home and fall asleep immediately. To have a routine. To not having to worry about money. To work during the day knowing that a real fun is waiting for me in the evening (like it was in Spain). To
know that my holidays will be long enough to have a lot of fun.
To know, I am on the right way! and that I am making a difference!

Spain
It has been almost one year that I left Spain... I have been missing Spain terribly in the last half an a year. I have regretted not staying there for like 1000 times.
Now enough, I am going back!! only for a weekend though (20-22 July) but I already cant wait! It will be so much fun! Thx to Toni for the invitation! Mucha' gracia' tio!
