settled down

as far my room concerned,

I have finally settled down. I upload some photos so you guys can see the room. First, just as a reminder i will upload a photo of my room from outside. (my room is on the 3rd level, with the balcony ;-)

So, about the work.

I have been to the ######## office, i had a briefing, I gave my exact personal information for the contract (which will be with the status of internship, for 7 month, with a salary which practically covers my accommodation and my needs). I will deal with the international students (both exchange and regular). I prefer not to say anything based on the first impression, so we will see. I am starting on 11 Dec anyways.

About what I am working now:

As I mentioned before, it is still the ########, but a different office where i worked before too. I am working there full time, as a 'collaboratore', which would mean they pay me on an hour base, and i work only when there is a need for someone, like it was the last week, when all the 3 persons in that office were out of office, and i handled the things there. I have to say, i enjoyed it a lot! And
also, the money is very welcome now, so I was quite lucky that I could do this for them.

And now guess what:

I am travelling again!yes, againtravellingto hungaryjust 3 weeks ago i did budapest-milan-budapest in bus. a week ago i did budapest milan in car. After tomorrow, on
tuesday, i am doing milan-budapest in air plane :-). This above mentioned office is sending me to Hungary to give several presentations!

and about the thesis:

absolutely nothing. Will i ever graduate??? I dont know my grade from the last exam either.... we will see

and about life:

well, working all day here is a lot different than it was in Spain. When i arrive home i am soooo tired. (okay, here indeed I work a lot, in Spain I was not doing too much at work). Anyways, it sucks. I dont have energy for my internet business, or for the thesis, or for social life...

what I fee lin these days is really strange.

I had been waiting for coming back to milan since last november. I really wanted to come back only until september. Then in october i had serious doubts. What i feel now is that I like milan. I love milan. I like living here.BUT!I cannot believe that I had the opportunity to stay in Spain and I did not stay. I miss spain sooooo much, for its culture, people, language, parties, tapas, canas, easygoingness, order, friendly atmosphere... Especially when now I see that it is more hot in Madrid than in Milan.

Cono, la verdad es que yo queria que quedarme en Espana, de verdad. Pero, creia que era mais importante acabar con los estudos en holanda. Pois, no se, pero dentro unos anos voy a volver! Espana, espera, que voy a volver, porque mi encantaste!!!

settleing down

My beloved room! I love it! Finaly, it seems nice now. I have a cupboard, an other for the clothes, TV with a small TV table (which is not supposed to be that but whatever) a medium office table (I have to strenghen it) I have THE carpet, the 'divano' with bed, a nice huge BOSS type chair, all the lights i need, curtain on the window, speakers installed for the pc, i have green plants, I love it :-)

I am going to sleep in my room for the first time, and for the first time, I cannot put limit in time. In the last 4 and a half years I always knew how lond i would stay (2 years, 5 month, 7 month, 7 month, 4 monht, 1 month.... nightmare)
NOW I do know, I just stay here, as long as I like it and/or I can.
Thats it. That simple.

The thing is, I could not make it more perfect in my dreams either....
(well... hehe :-)

so for now happy, but very tired, and seems like working the whole week next week! (good, money is always welcome at my place)

I have to do some adjustment in my room, and kitchen, and bathroom etc but then I will post some pics!!!

new home in Milan

We have been working quite much on our new apartman in Milan, we have made 2 single rooms from a big room, that meant building a wall, painting it etc. We have to furnish the place, install the cooking place in the kitchen, we rented a big van and brought hundreds of furnitures into the flat, which is on the thirs level, whitout elevator, you can immagine bringing all those heavy stuffs up.

My room is far from finished, now I will buy a nice table, bed, etc...

The good thing is that I have a balcony from my room which is really cool.

a lot to do though,

nice flat, it was quite empty, we have build a wall, hehe, we have brought up many furnitures, I am soooo tired, I have thousands things to do, I haven't signed a work contract yet, everything is possible,

in general, i am happy to be back, I just love walking around in Milan, and love italians! Why?
